And DUEL she did. The woman buying our house raised her offer in light of another that came in. So, we're selling our house for a higher price than we asked, sold in a matter of DAYS, and get to go to Cookeville next week! It'll be fun picking out a new house and actually having a little money to pick and choose with!
All that's holding us back right now is that home inspection, but we made her a pretty generous counter-offer in light of the fact that there ARE issues that will come up during the inspection. Our realtor feels really good about the situation and our buyer is really excited. She wants to close ASAP but um...we have to get another home first. :)
